A great day in the Sound House last Tuesday (5th March) recording The Psychic Circus the prequel to Greatest Show in the Galaxy for Big Finish. A lovely cast headed by Sylv, Chris Jury and Ian Reddington from the original story. It's going to be a while before it goes out on sale so keep eyes posted...

The script for the Big Finish prequel to Greatest Show in the Galaxy has just been finalised for recording in mid-February.

My podcast Red Kangs are Best has now been published on the Royal Literary Fund website, It describes my life as a Classic Dr Who writer and my visit to Gallifrey One in Los Angeles, the largest Dr Who convention in the world.

Currently available on IPlayer my dramatisation of Alice Through the Looking Glass. Described by The Stage critic as being "as charming as it is bonkers." Best review I ever had.

Just sent off the first draft of a script for another project with the Weaver Dance Company. It premieres at the Swaledale Festival in June with the same cast and creative team as the very successful Loves of Mars and Venus. Big Finish have just announced the release in the spring of three Dr Who stories based round my character of Mags the Werewolf from Greatest Show in the Galaxy. Jessica Martin stars alongside Sylvester McCoy. Here's the link to the Big Finish site.

Just sent off the revised version of The Psychic Circus to my lovely script editor Matt Fitton at Big Finish. This is a prequel to the Greatest Show in the Galaxy and Big Finish are planning to record it in early spring.
